Dinghy Sailing at Courtown SC

E-mail Print PDF

Courtown Sailing Club, North Wexford.

The dinghy section races each Sunday morning at 11:00 from the South Beach in Courtown between May and September. ISA approved training courses are run for eight weeks during the summer starting in June and finishing in August.

Application forms for courses along with a detailed course schedule will be sent to all paid up Family Members as soon as they become available.

We also run adult dinghy sailing on a Friday night from the Boat Park on the South Beach.

2010 Dinghy Course

This year the ISA have revised the Small Boat Sailing Scheme and we have attempted to provide a guide relating the old courses to the new courses. BEFORE ringing, please read this guide and refer to the ISA Web Site www.sailing.ie

We will not be running Go Racing 2, Kites and Wires 2, Adventure 1 or Adventure 2 as we do not have the facilities or qualified personell. We will also not be running Kites and Wires 1 as each participant must have a boat with a trapeze and spinniker to participate.
